How to ask MobiStack to delete the personal information we hold about you.

Email contact@mobistack.co with the subject Data deletion request. We confirm by email when it is done, within 30 days.

1. Ask by email

  1. Email contact@mobistack.co with the subject Data deletion request, from the email address we know you by.
  2. Say what to delete, for example your consultation request, your creator application or your contact details. You can also ask us to delete everything we hold about you.
  3. We may ask you to confirm it is you, so nobody can delete someone else’s information.
  4. We delete it and confirm by email within 30 days.

2. What we delete

Depending on what you ask for, we delete:

  • Consultation requests, and the research briefs, call notes and proposals we prepared for them;
  • Booking details;
  • Creator applications and our notes on them;
  • Business contact details and creator profiles we researched, and the messages we exchanged;
  • The emails and messages you sent us;
  • A former team member’s access to our workspace.

3. What we may keep

  • Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and contracts.
  • A short note that you asked us not to contact you, so we never do again.
  • Copies a service provider keeps under its own terms, such as a booking held by the scheduling service you booked through. Where we can, we delete those too.

4. Facebook and Instagram

Our Meta app connects only MobiStack’s own Facebook page and Instagram account to our internal publishing tool, and it receives no data about other Facebook or Instagram users.

If you connected a page through it, remove the app in your Facebook settings: Settings and privacy, Settings, then Business integrations (the menu names can differ slightly). Then email us as above, and we delete the stored tokens and identifiers within 30 days.

5. LinkedIn

Our LinkedIn app posts only to MobiStack’s company page and reads nothing about other members.

To remove it from your account, open your LinkedIn settings, then Data privacy, then Permitted services under Other applications, and remove MobiStack (the menu names can differ slightly). Then email us as above, and we delete the stored tokens and identifiers within 30 days.
