1. Who we are

MobiStack Digital L.L.C-FZ (“MobiStack”, “we”, “us”) runs mobistack.co. We are a product design and development company for mobile apps and web platforms, based in Dubai and Beirut, and we are responsible for the personal information this policy describes. You can reach us at contact@mobistack.co.

This policy covers mobistack.co, the internal workspace our staff and invited team members sign in to, the status pages we share with our clients, and our pages on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

Our own apps have their own privacy policies, linked from each app: Budg AI, Guess the Number, Name Your Price and Press Under Stress.

2. What we collect

What we hold about you depends on how you deal with us.

Our scheduling service	When you pick a time, our scheduling service processes your booking details (your name, email and answers, such as your company, a product link and what you need help with) to hold the time and send you the invite. We also receive the meeting time and link, any change you make, and your reason if you cancel.	To schedule the meeting and keep it up to date.
Website chat (mobistack.co)	What you write in the chat and anything you choose to share in it, such as your name, email, company, a link to your product, what you need and your timing. We also keep the page where the chat started, your browser language and time zone, and whether you use a phone or a computer. Card numbers, passwords and ID numbers are removed before a message is saved. Your browser keeps only a chat number and a random key so the chat can resume; the chat sets no cookie. Creator partnership application (mobistack.co/creators/apply)	Your name, email, country and company or brand; your social channels and follower counts; your audience, niche and method, with your credentials and proof; what you sell today and links to your offers; your app idea and how you would promote it; and your answers about readiness and timing. Emails and WhatsApp messages you send us	What you write, and your contact details.	To reply to you.
Working with us as a client	Your company’s details and the contact people you name, your requests and our notes on the work, the reports we send you, and invoices and contract records.	To deliver and support the work, report on it and bill for it.

Client status pages	Nothing is collected from visitors beyond the technical data below. Each page opens from a private link we share with that client.	To show each client how their work is going.
Businesses, creators and experts we research	Company details and, where they are public, a contact’s name, role, work email and LinkedIn profile, and the messages we exchange. For creators and experts: what they publish about themselves and their work, such as their channels, follower counts and offers, and the contact details they publish.	To offer our services to businesses and to propose partnerships to creators and experts.
Technical data	Our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of a request. The font service that serves our typeface receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads, and the email delivery service that notifies us of a form receives the same kind of request data when you send one.	To deliver the site, keep it secure and show it in our typeface.
On your device	mobistack.co keeps one value for the browser session so its intro animation plays only once. When you send a form or open a client status page, the code library that connects the page to our servers keeps a short technical note in your browser (a date and the library’s version, nothing about you). Our code sets no cookies. In the workspace, the browser also keeps your sign in session and a few display preferences, such as the theme.	To make the site and the workspace work as expected.

3. How we use it

To answer your requests and prepare consultations.
To deliver and support the work we do for our clients.
To review creator partnership applications.
To contact businesses about our services, and creators and experts about partnerships, where the law allows. We stop as soon as you ask us to.
To run and secure our internal workspace.
To publish MobiStack’s own posts on our social pages (section 5).

Where the law asks for a legal basis, ours is your request, our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and growing our business, or a legal obligation.

4. AI tools in our work

We use AI model providers in our internal tools to research and draft faster. People at MobiStack review what these tools produce and make every decision.

When you request or book a consultation, the details you give us (your name, company, product link, what you need help with, your timing and the time of our call, plus the domain of your email address when it is a company domain, never the address itself) go to an AI model provider. It looks up public information about your company and product, and about your professional role and background (such as your job title), and prepares a short research brief for our call. Our notes from the call may be used the same way to draft your proposal.
The chat on mobistack.co is an automated assistant. An AI model provider processes your messages on our behalf to write its replies. People at MobiStack read the chats and handle every booking.
We also use these tools to research businesses, creators and experts from public information, to sort the replies we receive and suggest answers, and to plan and report on client work.

We make no automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.

We publish MobiStack’s own posts to our LinkedIn company page, our Facebook page and our Instagram account through those platforms’ official APIs, from an internal tool only MobiStack uses. A person at MobiStack approves every post before it is published.

For this, the tool stores the access tokens LinkedIn and Meta issue to MobiStack, our page and account identifiers and names, and the identifiers and links of the posts we publish. It does not collect or store anything about the people who view, like, comment on or follow our pages.

When you visit or interact with our pages, LinkedIn and Meta process your information under their own privacy policies.

Service providers handle parts of our work, each for its own purpose:

Hosting, database and sign in: our website, form submissions, our records and the workspace sign in.
Email: our mailbox, and the delivery of a notice to us of a form submission or a consultation request, with its details.
AI model providers in our internal tools (section 4).
A scheduling service, which holds the time you book with us and sends you the invite, with your name, email and booking answers.
A messaging service, when you message us on WhatsApp.
A font service, which receives the technical data in section 2 when a page loads.
The social networks where we publish our own posts (section 5).

Each one works on our behalf or under its own terms. We never sell personal information or share it for advertising. We disclose information when the law requires it.

7. Where it is processed

Our providers may process information in the United States, the European Union and other countries where they operate. Our database is hosted in the United States and our server functions run in the European Union.

8. How long we keep it

We keep consultation requests, client records and applications for as long as they are useful for our relationship with you and for our business records. We delete them when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep them (invoices, for example).

Website chats that lead to a consultation are kept with the consultation request. Chats that do not are deleted automatically after 90 days, and spam or abuse after 30 days. You can delete a chat at any time from the chat menu, or by emailing contact@mobistack.co.

When you ask us to stop contacting you, we mark your record so we never contact you again. If you also ask us to delete your details, we delete them and keep only a short note, so we do not contact you again.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, object to business outreach, or withdraw a consent you gave. Email contact@mobistack.co. We may ask you to confirm it is you, and we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

10. Security

Only signed in MobiStack staff can reach our records, each person as far as their role allows, apart from the status page each client opens with its own private link. Secrets such as access tokens sit in a store that cannot be read back from a browser, and connections to our site and services use HTTPS. No method is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be exposed.

11. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We update this page and its date when our practices change.
